摘要 当前,智慧工地被认为是对工程现场管理最先进的技术手段。本文基于工程项目管理实践,以"BIM+信息集成"为核心,以项目施工阶段管理为主线,探索搭建了智慧工地管理平台。该平台集成了劳务、技术、进度、安全及绿色施工五大关键管理要素,实现了实名制门禁一卡通、人机料三维空间定位、二维码安全技术交底、VR安全体验、3D打印模型样板、作业人员体征监测、基坑支护结构应力自动监测及地下水位自动监测等20余项应用,并结合应用物联网技术在实践中取得一定的效益。 Currently, the smart site is considered to be the most advanced technical means for project site management. Based on engineering management practices, taking “BIM & Information Integration” as the core and taking the “management during the project construction phase” as the main line, we explored and built a smart site management system. The system integrates 5 key management elements, -namely labor, technology, schedule, safety, and green construction. It realized more than 20 applications such as the real-name management of workers, workers and machine and material space positioning, QR code security & technology education, VR security experience, 3D printing model, operator physical monitoring, automatic monitoring of support structure of foundation pit and automatic monitoring of groundwater level. And combined with the application of IoT technology, it has achieved certain benefts in practice.
