摘要
加强高等医学院校的法治教育,培养具有法治意识、法治精神和法治思维的高素质医学人才是一个亟待解决的问题。当前高等医学院校法治教育的现状是针对性不强、实效性不足,存在对法治教育重视不够、教育内容设置不合理、教学形式不给力、师资力量薄弱及法治教育受到不良环境的影响等困境。应从提高对法治教育的认识,丰富法治教育的内容,创新法治教育的方法,优化法治教育的教师队伍,营造浓厚的法治教育环境几方面着手,改善高等医学院校的法治教育。
It is an urgent problem to strengthen the law-related education,cultivate high-quality medical talents with legal sense,spirit of rule of law and legal thinking in medical colleges and universities. At present,there are some problems,such as insufficient attention to rule of law education,unreasonable content setting of rule of law education,ineffective teaching form of rule of law education,weak faculty of rule of law education,and negative environment impact on rule of law education. We should improve the understanding of the rule of law education,enrich the content of rule of law education,innovate the method of rule of law education,optimize the teaching team of rule of law education,create a thick environment of rule of law education,and improve the rule of law education in medical colleges.
