四氯化钛精制除钒过程试剂配比研究 被引量:5

摘要 TiCl_4是海绵钛与氯化法钛白粉的重要生产原料,粗TiCl_4精制除钒是确保TiCl_4质量的重要环节,而合理的除钒试剂配比则是保证粗TiCl_4高效稳定除钒的关键。本研究摸索出粗TiCl_4中不同VOCl_3含量水平对应的最佳铝粉除钒试剂配比,统计分析并获得了粗TiCl_4中的VOCl_3含量与铝粉除钒试剂之间的关系回归模型、蒸馏除钒系统所能适应的粗TiCl_4的VOCl_3含量,确立了粗TiCl_4中不同VOCl_3含量水平对应的最佳铝粉除钒试剂配比。 TiCl4 is the important raw material for titanium sponge and the titanium dioxide production. Remove of vanadium impurity is a crucial link to ensure the quality of TiCl4. And the reasonable proportion of vanadium removing reagent is the key to guarantee the stability in the refining process of crude titanium tetrachloride. The best proportion of vanadium removing reagent for different levels of VOCl3 content in crude TiCl4 were investigated in this study. The regression model between vanadium removing reagent and VOCl3 content in crude TiCl4 was obtained. The highest VOCl3 content in crude TiCl4 for the distillation vanadium remove system was established according to the experimental results.
