摘要
目的探讨急性一氧化碳中毒患者应用高压氧治疗效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法选择本院2016年1月~2018年1月收治的急性一氧化碳中毒患者92例,随机分组,对照组采用常压氧方案治疗(n=46),观察组采用高压氧方案治疗(n=46),比较两种方法的效果。结果观察组所收治的急性一氧化碳中毒患者总有效率经评定为100.0%,明显高于对照组82.6%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前,MDA指标、SOD指标水平比较差异均无统计学意义,治疗后均有程度不等改善,观察组改善幅度较对照组更为显著,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组所收治患者并发症率为4.4%,明显低于对照组17.4%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的急性一氧化碳中毒患者,应用高压氧方案治疗,可显著提高临床效果,改善微循环,降低脑组织损伤程度,且具较高安全性,具非常重要的开展价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning and the effect on the incidence of complications. Methods 92 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning were selected from our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=46) and the hyperbaric oxygen therapy (observation group, n =46). Results The total effective rate of the patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning in the observation group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.6%), and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no difference in MDA index and SOD index between the two groups before treatment, and the degree of improvement was different after treatment. The improvement rate in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The complication rate of the patients in the observation group was 4.4%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (17.4%), with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning, the application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly improve the clinical effect, improve microcirculation and reduce the degree of brain tissue injury, and has high safety. It has a very important development value.
