摘要
固体超强酸因其具有催化活性高、选择性好、环境污染小等特点被广泛应用于石化领域。主要介绍了WO_3/ZrO_2型固体超强酸催化剂在烷烃异构化、烷基化、酯化、环化、硝化、氢解等领域的应用研究,提出今后应加强WO_3/ZrO_2型固体超强酸催化剂与实际石化领域反应的相容性研究,并根据反应类型,开发不同结构和不同组分的催化剂,提高其转化率和选择性;用廉价的金属或金属氧化物对WO_3/ZrO_2型固体超强酸进行改性,延长其使用寿命。
Solid super acid is widely used in petrochemical industry because of its high catalytic activity, good selectivity and low environmental pollutionetc. The application of WO3/ZrO2 solid superacid catalyst in the fields of isomerization, alkylation, esterification, eyclization, nitration and hydrogenolysis of alkane were mainly introduced. It is pointed out that the compatibility research of super acid catalysts using in actual petrochemical reactions should be strengthened in the future, and according to the type of reaction, some catalysts with different structures and compositions should be develop to increase their conversion and selectivity; some cheap metals or metal oxides are used to modify the, for WO3/ZrO2 solids super acid is modified to extend its service life.
