摘要
Ising模型是研究铁磁性的一个重要模型。运用蒙特卡洛模拟方法对不同初始条件和不同特征温度的纵场Ising模型进行了模拟,研究了在不同的初始条件和特征温度下的Ising模型的磁化方向以及磁化临界温度的变化情况。通过计算模拟发现:体系特征温度TC<1.99时,体系的磁性稳定;体系特征温度1.99 <TC<2.27时,磁化方向会反转;体系特征温度2.27 <TC<2.30时,体系的磁性在不定向改变;当特征温度TC> 2.30时,体系的磁性就消失。
Ising model is important for the study of ferromagnetic material. The Ising model in the different initial conditions and temperature was simulated using Monte carlo simulation. The direction of and the critical temperature of magnetization in the different initial conditions and temperature were studied. Through computational simulation the results are that the magnetism of the system is stable when the system temperature is Tc below 1.99; the magnetization system is reversed when 1.99 〈 Tc 〈 2.27; the direction of magnetism is undirectionally changinging when 2.27 〈 Tc 〈 2.30; the system disappeared when Tc 〉 2.30.
