摘要
以龙峰煤矿综采工作面瓦斯治理作为研究对象,对该矿工作面、上隅角、回风巷出现瓦斯超限的问题进行了分析,得到了4号瓦斯影响是导致瓦斯浓度增加的重要原因,设计了增加工作面风量、通风机抽采、正压稀释及总排负压法,对工作面、上隅角及回风巷瓦斯浓度进行抽排,从现场试验的情况来看,总排负压法从技术、经济等方面均有着较大的优势,可有效提升综采工作面瓦斯治理效果。
Gas control of fully mechanized coal face in Longfeng Mine was taken as the research object, the problem of the gas exceeding limit in the working face, upper corner and return air lane of Longfeng coal mine was analyzed. The important reason that the effect of No. 4 gas causing the increase of gas concentration was obtained. At the same time, the air volume of the working face and the ventilator were designed. The gas concentration in the working face, the upper corner and the return air lane was drained by the mining, positive pressure dilution and the total row negative pressure method. From the field test, the total row negative pressure method exerted a great advantage in the technical and economic aspects, which can effectively improve the effect of the gas treatment in the fully mechanized face.
