Apparatotherapies for Refactory Hypertension:An Update

摘要 高血压是最常见的慢性病,也是心脑血管病最主要的危险因素。难治性高血压(RH)是一种类型较为特殊的高血压,患者往往会伴随有较为严重的靶器官损害症状。与正常高血压患者相比,RH患者发生心肌梗死、脑卒中、肾功能不全以及心力衰竭等疾病的概率显著增加,且患者治疗后的预后情况往往较差。因此,对于RH的临床治疗一直是广大医师以及患者所重点关注的问题。尽管抗高血压药物发展迅速,仍有部分RH患者虽经规范降压治疗,血压仍无法有效控制。近年来,治疗RH的器械疗法快速发展。 Hypertension is the most common chronic disease and the first major risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Refractory hypertension(RH) is a special type of hypertension,and patients are often accompanied with more serious damage symptoms of target organs.Compared with normal hypertensive patients,the risk of myocardial infarction ,stroke,renal insufficiency,and heart failure is significantly increased in RH patients,and the prognosis of the patients after treatment is often poor.Therefore,the clinical treatment of RH has been a major concern for the doctors and patients.Despite the development of anti-hypertension drugs,the blood pressure of some hypertensive patients remains hard to control despite the multitude of pharmacological options available.In recent years,rapid progress has been made in the apparatotherapies for RH.
