摘要
香稻香味不仅与遗传因素有关,栽培技术也会对香味的大小有影响,气温、水分、微肥都会使香稻香味产生重要的差异。香稻种植过程中,不同的播种时期、栽培水分控制、施用不同微肥及用量对香味均产生不同影响的研究结果。本文综述香稻增香栽培技术,为香稻生产提供参考。
The aroma of rice is not only associated with genetic factors, but also with cultivation technique. The temperature, moisture and micro-element fertilizer could produce different effects on the aroma of rice. In the course of cultivation, different seed time, water control, different kinds of micro-element fertilizers and their amount might all produce different effects on the aroma of rice, which may provide a reference for the cultivation technique of aromatic rice＇s aromatic improvement.
