摘要
为切实了解西藏尼洋河流域多布电站移民生计状况和水电移民搬迁后的生计问题。本文通过参与性农村评估法(PRA),主要以入户访谈和问卷调查形式得到了多布电站移民翔详实的数据,并结合可持续生计分析框架(SLA)建立多布电站移民生计指标体系,对多布电站农牧民移民前后生计进行评估,在评估的基础上对当地农牧民生计资本进行分析。分析结果显示,多布电站农牧民移民后的生计资本得到了扩张,不再过度依赖自然资本,有从传统生计转型为现代生计的趋势,但是搬迁后社会资本发展缓慢,人力资本基本没有变化。从而提出加快教育发展,以及金融资本反哺其他资本的对策。
The livelihood of migrant workers in the Niyang river basin in Tibet and the livelihood of the migrant workers were investigated in this paper. According to the method of participatory rural Appraisal （PRA）, the detailed data of Duobu power station immigrants getting from mainly household interview and questionnaire survey, and the Sustainable Livelihood Analysis Framework （SLA） of Duobu power station immigrants living index system being combined, power station before and after the farmers and herdsman immigrants living in Duobu,were evaluated then on the basis of the evaluation on the local farmers and herdsman livelihood capital was analyzed. Analysis results showed that the Duobu＇s livelihood capital of farmers and herdsmen immigrants was expanded, no longer excessively depending on natural capital, and there was the trend of a transition from traditional livelihoods into modem living, but the social capital shewed slow development after moving, and the human capital basic did not change. Therefore, the paper puts forwards some countermeasures to accelerate education development and financial capital to support other capitals.
