摘要 为了培养应用型人才,依据STEM理念构建电气专业创新实践能力培养体系。在第一课堂理论课程实行"翻转课堂"教学模式,实践课程实行"项目驱动"教学模式。通过"创新实践项目链"和"创新教学环"构建第二课堂"竞赛+项目"创新实践培养方式。第一课堂和第二课堂相互衔接,在电气专业实施创新实践能力培养体系,取得了较好的效果。 In order to train applied talents,the training system of electrical specialty innovation practice ability isconstructed according to STEM concept.The "flip classroom" teaching mode is implemented in the first classroomtheoretical course and the "project-driven" teaching mode is implemented in the practical course.Through "innovativepractice Project chain" and "Innovation Teaching Ring" to construct the second classroom "Competition Project"innovative practice cultivation.The first class and the second class are connected with each other,and the innovationpractical ability training system is implemented in electrical specialty,and good results have been obtained.
