系统化护理干预对老年食管癌患者胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术术后康复及肺部感染发生率的影响被引量：2

摘要目的观察系统化护理干预对老年食管癌患者胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术术后康复及肺部感染发生率的影响。方法选取76例老年食管癌患者,按照入院时间分两组,各38例。两组均行胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术治疗,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施系统化护理干预。对比两组临床指标及并发症发生率。结果观察组胸管拔除时间、胃管拔除时间、下床活动时间、住院天数短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率7.89%(3/38)低于对照组26.32%(10/38)(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理干预应用于行胸腹腔镜食管癌根治术的老年食管癌患者,可加快患者术后康复,降低肺部感染等并发症发生率。
