摘要
目的:调查、评价南五味子药材质量,为避免南、北五味子混用及有效控制南五味子药材质量提供参考。方法:从药材市场或药店随机购买南五味子药材,按《中华人民共和国药典》方法,进行性状、鉴别、检查、含量测定等分析,确定药材真伪,评价药材质量。结果:收集样品14份,经鉴别2份为北五味子,其他12份样品性状、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别均符合南五味子药材特征;所有南五味子样品杂质含量均符合药典要求; 3个样品水分含量超标,1个样品总灰分含量超标;全部南五味子样品中五味子酯甲含量均达到药典要求,其中含量最低的为0. 49%,最高为0. 79%,有效成分含量在《中华人民共和国药典》标准的2. 5～3. 9倍之间。结论:陕南及周边地区药材市场流通的五味子以南五味子为主,但存在少数南、北五味子混用现象;陕南作为南五味子主产区,所产南五味子药材品质较为优良;在以后的生产、销售过程中应注意加强产地初加工管理,进一步提高药材品质。
Objective： To investigate and evaluate the quality- of Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus in the medici- nal market, and provide guidance for avoiding confusion, nfisuse and quality- control. Methods： The samples of Sehisandrae Sphenantherae Fruetus were randomly purchased from the market or pharmacies, and their characteristics, identification, inspection and content determination were analyzed. The source of medicinal materials and the quality- of medicinal materials were determined. Results： A total of 14 samples, 2 of them were Sehisandrae Sphenantherae Fruetus, other 12 samples of nfieroseopie identification, TLC were consistent with the Sehisandrae Sphenantherae Fruetus characteristics. All impurity results met the Pharmacopoeia requirements. 3 copies of sample moisture content exceeded the standard, 1 copies of sample total ash content of the samples all exceeded the standard. The content of all the samples is more than 2.5 times more than the standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion： Most of the sales in South Shaanxi medicinal materials market is Sehisandrae Sphenantherae Fruetus, but there are a few mixed use of Sehisandrae Sphenantherae Fruetus of the both, and the quality- of Sehisandrae Sphenantherae Fruetus in South Shaanxi is better.
