摘要
为提升钬激光输出特性,分析了CTH:YAG激光器能级跃迁全程,根据CTH:YAG激光器准三能级的特点,采用BaSO_4漫反射聚光腔,测试了不同频率,不同冷却温度、不同输出镜反射率和不同CTH:YAG晶体面型对钬激光输出能量的影响。实验结果表明,在水温为10℃,输出镜反射率R=85%,采用双凹面型晶体时,在注入131J时,8Hz下的激光能量输出达到了5.5J。
In order to improve CTH : YAG laser output energy, the energy level transition of it is analyzed. According to CTH : YAG laser characteristics of quasi-three-level operation, using BaSO4 pump chamber, the effects of different frequencies ,cooling temperatures ,output coupling mirror reflectance and different CTH : YAG crystal profile on the output energy of laser were tested. When the water temperature is 10 ℃, the output coupling mirror reflectance is 85%, the crystal surface type is concave-concave, the power supply injected was 131 J, the experimental results show that the laser energy output can reach 5.5J at 8Hz.
