摘要
以低品位硼镁矿石为原料,以浮选方式对原矿石中硼镁矿石和硅镁矿石成分进行精选,采用硫酸法生产硼酸,同时对硼酸生产过程中生成的副产物硫酸镁进行收取。对影响硼酸结晶分离的溶液浓度、温度、时间等影响因素进行考察。采用化学滴定法和离子发射光谱法对所得的硼酸和硫酸镁成分进行检测,结果表明:在浓缩液浓度35%、溶液温度10℃、结晶时间24 h条件下,所得硼酸含量为99.21%,收率77.01%。所得镁盐中硫酸镁平均含量为54.38%。
The boric magnesium borate ore and silicon magnesium ore in low grade boric magnesium ore were sifted. Boric acid was produced by sulfuric acid method while the by-product, magnesium sulfate, in the productive process was collected. The factors that affect boric acid crystallization and separation such as solution concentration, temperature and time were investigated. The composition of boric acid and magnesium sulfate obtained was detected by chemical titration method and ion emission spectrometry. The results showed that when the concentrate concentration was 35%, the solution temperature was 10℃, the crystallization time was 24 h, the boric acid content was 99.21% and the yield could reach 77.01%. The average content of magnesium sulfate in the magnesium salts was 54.38%.
