Objective To study and compare the clinical effects of azithromyein and norfloxaein in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis in children. Methods Ninety-eight children with acute gastroenteritis in pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected, and divided into two groups according to random numbers table method,49 cases per group.Group A was treated by norfloxacin, group B was treated by azithromyein. The clinical efficacy, remission time, hospitalization time, serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A ( P 〈 0.05).The remission time of vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and fever in group B was shorter than that in group A (P 〈 0.05),the hospitalization time was also shorter than group A (P 〈 0.05).After treatment,CRP,IL-6 and PCT in group B were lower than those in group A (P 〈 0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of azithromyein in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis in children is better than norfloxacin, which can effectively accelerate the relief of symptoms, shorten the treatment time, inhibit the inflammatory response in the body, and have fewer adverse reactions and reliable safety.
