摘要
为合理的开发利用菠萝蜜种子,以海南菠萝蜜种子和西双版纳菠萝蜜种子为试验材料,参照国标及常规方法对其主要营养成分及矿物质元素进行测定及分析。结果显示:菠萝蜜种子营养成分丰富,不同地区的菠萝蜜种子营养成分含量不同;海南菠萝蜜种子中水分、灰分、粗脂肪、粗纤维、蛋白质、总糖含量分别为8.18%、3.91%、0.98%、8.42%、13.82%、63.34%,西双版纳菠萝蜜种子的6种成分含量依次为7.83%、2.48%、0.76%、9.50%、13.08%、51.60%;菠萝蜜种子富含矿物质元素,其中K、P、Mg、Ca的含量丰富;因此,菠萝蜜种子具有开发潜力,可作为食材和动物饲料添加剂来开发。
To develop and ustilize the A rtocarpus heterophyllus seeds from Hainan and Xishuangbanna, the nutrient components and mineral elements content of Artocarpus heterophyllus seeds were determined and analyzed by international standard methods and common methods. The results showed that the nutrient component contents of A rtocarpus heterophyllus seeds were rich, and difterent in two regions. The contents of moisture, ash , crude fat, crude fiber, protein and total sugar in A rtocarpus heterophyllus seeds of Hainan were 8.18 %, 3.91%, 0.98 %, 8.42 %, 13.82 %, 63.34 %, respectively. The contents ofArtocarpus heterophyllus seeds in Xishuangbanna were 7.83 %, 2.48 %, 0.76 %, 9.50 %, 13.08 %, 51.60 %, respectively. Besides, A rtocarpus heterophyllus seeds were rich in K, P, Mg and Ca. The data showed A rtocarpus heterophyllus seeds had great development prospects, and could be developed as food and animal feed additives.
