摘要
边缘计算是5G应用下沉的关键技术支撑,ETSI MEC以LTE网络为原型,提出边缘计算参考架构、基本功能与特性。但MEC目前依然存在商用化问题,尤其MEC面向5G部署时。提出MEC in 5G演进时面临的挑战以及5个关键技术点:MEC作为Application Function、MEC服务开放框架、MEC服务南向接口、MEC容器化演进、MEC in 5G部署,并进一步提出了相应的解决方案。
Edge computing is the key technology for 5G application sinking. ETSI MEC introduces the edge computing reference architecture,basic functions and features based on LTE network. But right now,there are still some issues in MEC commercialization,especially when MEC is deployed in 5G. It proposes the challenges faced by MEC in 5G evolution and five key technical issues:MEC as Application Function,MEC service exposure framework,MEC service southbound interface,MEC containerization,MEC in 5G deployment,and further proposes corresponding solutions.
