摘要
在互联网迅速发展的环境中，网络社会治理已经成为世界各国政府面临的新问题和新挑战。目前加强网络社会管理、提高公共管理水平已经成为我国各级政府的共识。网络社会治理这一议题也被学界所重视，近年来取得了一定的研究成果。本文从网络社会治理的概念、治理模式、实践应用等视角出发梳理国内外相关文献，并对其进行评述。
In the environment of internet developing rapidly, governance of network society has become the new problems and new challenges of the govern- ments all over the world. Now strengthening the governance of network society and improving the level of public management has been the consensus of all levels of government in China. At present the issue of governance of network society has been the academic attention and made some achievements.
