防爆盖自动启闭控制在应急救援中的应用探讨 被引量:2

摘要 针对防爆盖由于启闭不及时、启闭卡槽等以致其不能在煤矿应急救援中发挥作用的问题,基于主要通风机防爆盖自动控制的理论研究和现场实践,介绍了防爆盖自动启闭控制及其自动开启、闭合、锁紧等功能,并结合煤矿应急救援应急资源丰富、体系反应快速等特点,构建了一套基于防爆盖自动启闭控制的应急救援体系。通过对地面远程监控系统架构、远程监测监控系统数据流程和防爆盖应急救援响应程序的描述,探讨介绍了防爆盖自动启闭控制系统在煤矿应急救援体系中的应用过程。结果表明:防爆盖的自动启闭控制在应急救援中的应用,理论上能够为灾后人员救护、抢险救灾等工作的顺利进行创造良好条件,能够最大限度地减少煤矿事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,可扩展应用到煤矿行业应急救援体系的建设,具有广泛的应用前景。 Due to an open/close not timely,open/close slot jammed and others of the flameproof cover could not play a role in the mine emergency rescue,based on the automatic control theory study and the site practices of the flameproof cover in the mine main ventilator,the paper introduced the automatic open/close control of the flameproof cover and the automatic opening,closing and locking and other function. In combination with the rich emergency resources,system reaction rapid and other characteristics of the mine emergency rescue,a set of the emergency rescue system was established based on the automatic open/close control of the flameproof cover. With the explanation on the framework of the surface remote monitoring and control system,the data process of the remote monitoring and control system and the response procedure of the emergency rescue,the paper discussed and introduced the application process of the flameproof cover automatic open/close control system to the mine emergency rescue system. The result showed that the automatic open/close control of the flameproof cover applied to the mine emergency rescue could successfully provide good conditions to the personnel rescue,disaster relief and other work after the disaster occurred in theoretically,could minimize the casualty and property loss by the mine accident,could apply to the establishment of the emergency rescue system in the coal mine industry and would have a wide application prospect.
