摘要
工业与组织心理学是属于应用心理学的其中一个分支。在国外早就有企业通过心理考查的方式,去评核人才的能力和适应性,并且得到众多心理学家和企业家的认同及证实。目前,心理学在我国处于渐渐蓬勃崛起的阶段,使工业与组织心理学受到各个不同领域学者们关注和运用。让心理学不再单单局限于个体治疗和心理辅导应用,而是能针对企业进行科学性的分析研究。学者们试图将理论融入实际工作当中,合理科学地指导企业,协助解决机构内的各种难题与困扰。本文通过回顾过去的文献,总结出关于工业与组织心理学当今面临的优势与劣势。
Industrial and organizational psychology is a branch of applied psychology. There have long been enterprises in foreign countries through psychological examination to evaluate the ability and adaptability of talent, and has been recognized and confrmed by many psychologists and entrepreneurs. At present, psychology is in the stage of fourishing in our country, which makes industry and organization psychology be concerned and applied by scholars in different felds. So that psychology is no longer confned to individual therapy and psychological counseling, but scientifc analysis and research for enterprises. Scholars try to integrate theory into practical work, guide enterprises reasonably and scientifcally, and help solve various problems and puzzles in institutions. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of industrial and organizational psychology by reviewing the past literature.
