基于大数据分析的用电信息采集运维优化仿真 被引量:8

摘要 针对当前方法对于规模较大的用电信息采集运维优化过程中,存在信息采集量较少、耗时长等问题,提出基于大数据分析的用电信息采集运维优化方法。根据线路运行的历史经验和实际运行情况之间的差异性确定不同电路区段的运维周期。考虑电网安全运行管理要求,建立电网采集运维优化的目标函数,给出运维资源、运维项目间的协调等约束条件,利用所给约束条件构建用电信息采集运维优化模型。通过粒子群算法的搜索能力及动态重组能力对用电信息采集运维模型进行求解,得到最优解,实现用电信息采集运维优化。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效地缩短用电信息采集时间,提高用电信息采集统计量。 This article proposes a method of optimization collection and operation maintenance for electricity consumption information based on big data analysis. Based on the difference between historical experience and actual operation,the operation and maintenance cycles of different circuit sections were determined. In consideration of the management requirement for safe operation of power grid,the objective function for optimization collection and operation maintenance of power grids was established to give constraints such as coordination between operation and maintenance resource and operation and maintenance project. Moreover,the constraint conditions were used to build the optimization model for collection and operation maintenance of electricity consumption information. Finally,the search ability and dynamic reorganization ability of particle swarm algorithm was used to solve the collection and operation maintenance model for electricity consumption information and the optimal solution was obtained. Thus,the optimization collection and operation maintenance for electricity consumption information was achieved. Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively shorten the time for collecting electricity information and increase the statistics of collecting power consumption information.
