摘要
TLR4/My D88/NF-κB信号通路是炎症反应过程中的关键通路,广泛存在于各种细胞中。研究发现TLR4/My D88/NF-κB信号通路在乳腺炎发生时引起的乳腺损伤、氧化应激的发展中发挥了重要的作用,TLR4/My D88/NF-κB信号通路中的关键节点可望成为乳腺防控研究中的调控靶点。本文就TLR4的结构、信号通路及其与乳腺炎发生发展转归的相互关系的最新研究进展作一综述,为临床上奶牛乳腺炎的生物防治提供参考。
The TLR4/MyD88/NF-KB signaling pathway, widely existing in various tissues and cells, is one of the most important pathways that mediate the expression of inflammatory factors. Studies have found that the TLR4/MyD88/NF-KB signaling pathway plays an important role in the regulation of the progress of mastitis ; and the key proteins in the pathway may be the therapeutic targets for the early diagnosis of mastitis. In this paper, we have reviewed the recent advances in research on the structure, signaling pathway and regulation of TLR4 in mas- titis so as to provide reference for the related research in the future.
