葡萄糖修饰金壳复合纳米粒子的制备及其性能研究

摘要 光热治疗是一种新型的肿瘤治疗手段,利用光热转换材料可将光能转化成热能,再借助高温杀死肿瘤细胞.本文合成了一种新型复合纳米材料——葡萄糖修饰的金纳米壳层复合粒子,并运用吸收光谱、材料粒度尺寸分析等方法对材料的性质、形貌进行表征.该复合纳米材料仍具有金纳米壳层的表面等离子体共振特性,光热性能测试表明合成的新型复合粒子具有优良的光热性能,光热转换效率高.在多次激光循环照射下仍具有出色的光热稳定性.通过细胞毒性实验验证了该复合纳米粒子的生物安全性和易于在肿瘤表面富集的特性.该工作可为以后光热转换材料的研究提供一定的参考和借鉴意义. As a new means, photothermal therapy would kill tumor cells with high temperature genera ted by photothermal conversion materials which can convert Glucose nanocomposite, a new nanocomposite material, was light synth energy into heat energy. Au nanoshell@ esized in this paper. We characterized its properties and shape via absorption spectra,material size distribution,et cetera. This nanocomposite mate rial still had the surface plasma resonance properties of Au nanoshell. Photothermal property detection elu cidated that this new kind of composite nanomaterial had preferable photothermal properties, high photo thermal convention efficiency and it kept nice photothermal stability after multiple laser irradiation. Addi tionally, biosecurity of this composite nanomaterial and the property of being liable to accumulate on tumor surface were tested in means of cytotoxicity tests. The results of this paper are expected to provide a refer ence for the future study of photothermal conversion materials
