阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者早期肾损伤生物标志物的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究血液生化指标在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者血液的表达水平,探究OSAHS患者早期肾损伤生物标志物。方法选取219例患者作病例组,健康体检人群57名作对照组,两组均抽取晨起空腹静脉血检测生化指标。结果重度OSAHS组肌酐为(78.18±12.10)μmol/L,肾小球滤过率为(110.83±21.02)ml/min,尿素氮为(4.79±1.10)μmol/L,均高于对照组。中度、重度OSAHS组膀胱抑素C分别为(0.98±0.20)、(0.95±0.22)mg/L,均高于对照组。重度OSAHS组β2-微球蛋白为(2.00±0.22)mg/L,高于对照组。轻度、中度、重度OSAHS组尿酸分别为(363.72±87.45)、(358.21±85.60)、(358.54±85.87)μmol/L,均高于对照组。OSAHS组白蛋白均低于对照组。结论 OSAHS患者血清膀胱抑素C、β2-微球蛋白、尿酸可以作为早期肾损伤标志物,白蛋白能否作为标志物有待进一步的研究。 OBJECTIVE To study the expression level of biochemical index in the blood of patients with OSAHS, and explore the appropriate biomarkers of early renal injury in OSAHS patients. METHODS A total of 219 patients with OSAHS were selected as the study group and 57 healthy subjects as the control group. Fasting venous blood was taken in the morning from both groups to measure the biochemical parameters. RESULTS1. In severe OSAHS group, Creatinine(78.18±12.10)μmol/L, Glomerular Filtration Rate(110.83±21.02)μmol/L and Urea Nitrogen(4.79±1.10)μmol/L were all higher than those in control group. 2. Cystatin C in moderate OSAHS group(0.98±0.20)mg/L and severe OSAHS group(0.95±0.22)mg/L were both higher than that in control group. 3. β2-Microglobulin in severe OSAHS group(2.00±0.22) mg/L was higher than that in control group. 4. Uric Acid in mild OSAHS group(363.72±87.45)μmol/L, moderate OSAHS group(358.21±85.60)μmol/L and severe OSAHS group(358.54±85.87)μmol/L were higher than that in control group. 5. Albumin in OSAHS group was lower than that in the control group. CONC LUSION Cystatin C, Microglobulin, Uric Acid can indicate early renal injury, but Albumin still needs further study.
