摘要
为推进木薯生产机械化农机农艺深度结合,按照耕、种、管、收全过程配套66.2 kW(90马力)拖拉机为作业机具动力的要求,设计了木薯宽窄双行起垄种植的农艺模式和配套系列生产管理机械,有效实现了从整地、种植、田间管理、木薯秆粉碎以及木薯块根收获的全程机械化,木薯总体产量有保证,块根收获率高,技术易操作、生产效率高,做到了农机农艺的高度融合,同时生产全程单位面积作业成本较人工降低了约2/3。
To promote the mechanization of cassava, according to the agro-machineries and the agrotechnologiesintegration, a planting mode named “wide-narrow row planting” was established. Under thisplanting mode, the cassava machines were designed and used, including rotary cultivation ridger, planter, stalkpulverizer, harvester, and all these machines were driven by a 66.2 kW（90 hps） tractor. Based on field test, theplanting mode and the cassava machines were proved to be both successful.
