摘要
目的探讨多模态MR小肠口服造影法用于小肠肿瘤诊断临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2015年4月—2017年4月收治可疑小肠肿瘤患者共68例影像学检查资料,分别行CT小肠造影和多模态MR小肠口服造影检查,并以手术病理活检作为金标准,比较CT小肠造影和多模态MR小肠口服造影诊断灵敏度和特异度。结果 CT小肠造影诊断小肠肿瘤灵敏度和特异度分别为94.34%(50/53),95.59%(65/68);多模态MR小肠口服造影诊断小肠肿瘤灵敏度和特异度分别为98.11%(52/53),98.53%(67/68);两种影像学检查方式诊断小肠肿瘤灵敏度和特异度比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论多模态MR小肠口服造影法用于小肠肿瘤诊断敏感度和特异度与CT小肠造影相近,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multimode MR small bowel oral angiography in the diagnosis of small intestine tumors. Methods The imaging data of 68 patients with small intestine tumors from April 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital were analyzed by CT small intestine contrast and multimodal MR small intestinal oral radiography; and the sensitivity and specifcity by CT small intestine contrast and multimodal MR small intestinal oral radiography of patients with small intestine tumors were compared. Results The sensitivity and specifcity by CT small intestine contrast in the diagnosis of small intestine tumors were separately 94.34% （50/53）, 95.59% （65/68）; the sensitivity and specificity by multimodal MR in the diagnosis of small intestine tumors were separately 98.11% （52/53）, 98.53% （67/68）. There was no signifcant difference in the sensitivity and specificity by CT small intestine contrast and multimodal MR small intestinal oral radiography in the diagnosis of small intestine tumors （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Multimode MR small bowel oral angiography in the diagnosis of small intestine tumors possess the same clinical value
