摘要
目的:比较分析低温等离子扁桃体切除术与传统扁桃体剥离术的临床疗效,探讨影响手术效果的相关因素。方法:将48例慢性扁桃体炎患者按照手术方式分为低温等离子扁桃体切除术(A组)和传统扁桃体剥离术(B组)两组。A组29例患者选择低温等离子扁桃体切除术治疗,B组19例患者选择传统扁桃体剥离术治疗。对比两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛时间、白膜脱落时间上有无差异。结果:A组和B组在手术时间、术中出血量、白膜脱落时间上差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);低温等离子扁桃体切除术较传统扁桃体剥离术手术时间短,术中出血少,但白膜脱落时间比传统扁桃体剥离术长。两组的术后疼痛时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低温等离子扁桃体切除术具有时间短,出血少等优点,术后疗效好。
Objective： To compare and analyse the clinical efficacy of low temperature plasma tonsillectomy and traditional ton sillectomy, to explore the factors affecting the surgical results. Methods： 48 cases of chronic tonsillitis patients were divided in to low temperature plasma tonsillectomy （group A） and traditional tonsillectomy （group B） according to the operation mode. Patients in group A （29 cases） were treated with low temperature plasma tonsillectomy, Patients in group B （19 cases） re ceived traditional tonsillectomy. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pain time and albuginea shedding time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results：There were significant differences in operation time, in traoperative bleeding volume, albuginea shedding time between group A and group B（P 〈 0. 05） ; Low temperature plasma tonsillectomy had the advantage of shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding compared with traditional tonsillectomy, but the tunica albuginea shedding time of low temperature plasma tonsillectomy were longer than traditional tonsillectomy. There were no significant differences in postoperative pain time among the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Low tempera ture plasma tonsillectomy has the advantage of shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding, it has a good curative effect.
