摘要
晚明耶稣会士入华带来的天主教学说,与传统中国文化发生互动与融合,并对这一时期的思想与文学产生了重要影响。晚明福建奉教者颜维圣所著的《天主审判明证》一书,就集中体现了这一总体趋势。一方面,颜维圣在著作中对以"炼狱"为代表的诸多天主教概念做出了相对详尽的论述,表明其受到了良好的天主教神学训练;另一方面,颜维圣在具体叙述中不自觉地融入大量源于中国传统文化的理念,使其著作呈现出中西文化杂糅其中的特点。
Catholicism entered China due to Jesuits'effort in the late Ming.This religion interacted with the traditional Chinese culture and exerted influence on thoughts and culture of the time.Tianzhu shenpan mingzheng(Setting forth God's judgment)authored by Yan Weisheng,a Fujian catholic,was an embodiment of Catholicism's influence.Yan in this book expounded signature Catholic creeds such as purgatory and at the same time he unconsciously blended Chinese cultural elements with the Catholic faith.Consequently his work was a mixture of the Chinese and Western cultures.
