摘要
文章通过对重结晶提纯Solar Salt熔盐与未提纯工业级Solar Salt熔盐的热稳定性分析,发现提纯使Solar Salt熔盐的热稳定性提高20%,上线温度扩展至600℃;与此同时提纯后的Solar Salt熔融盐在550℃-600℃之间经多次循环热失重也大大降低。根据DSC/TG-MS热分析数据,得到提纯后的Solar Salt熔盐熔点降低为223.1℃,分解温度从573.6℃提升到597.7℃。深入分析其特性改变原因,对Solar Salt熔盐中的杂质含量的变化进行化学分析,结合NO2-含量测定结果可以发现,提纯硝酸钠和硝酸钾可以降低熔盐劣化程度,提高Solar Salt熔盐的分解温度及储热效率。这在太阳能热发电领域具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper was focused on thermal stability of molten salts,operating temperature range and latent heat of melting for molten salts at high temperature.The melting purified Solar Salt was sharp decreased to 223.1℃ and weight loss of purified Solar Salt was also reduced from 573.6℃ to 597.7℃ compared with unpurified Solar Salt.The thermal stability of purified Solar Salt were improved by 20%.Besides,the change in the concentration of impurities by analyzing in the Solar Salt,and combination of GC-MC test results can be found that the degree of degradation reduce and improve the thermal efficiency of the storage of Solar Salt,by purified NaNO3 and KNO3.
