微脉冲激光治疗仪在糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察微脉冲激光治疗仪在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取医院收治的50例(100眼)DR患者,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组25例(50眼)。观察组采取微脉冲激光治疗仪进行治疗,对照组采取保守方法进行治疗,每次治疗结束后记录两组视力改善情况、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)。比较患者治疗后的综合疗效和临床症状的改善情况,观察微脉冲激光治疗仪在DR治疗中的治疗效果。结果:两组术后30 d、60 d和90 d的BCVA指标比较,其差异均有统计学意义(t=7.683,t=8.938,t=9.062;P<0.05)。两组治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.000,P<0.05)。结论:微脉冲激光治疗仪在DR中的治疗效果优于传统保守治疗方法,具有临床治疗优势。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of micro-pulse laser therapeutic instrument in the treatment for diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods: 50 patients (100 eyes) with DR were selected in this research and were divided into observation group (25 cases, 50 eyes) and control group (25 cases, 50 eyes) by random number table. The observation group was treated with micro-pulse laser therapeutic instrument, while the control group was treated with conservative method. The improvement of visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of the two groups were recorded after each treatment. And the comprehensive curative effect and the improvement situation of clinical symptoms of two groups post treatment were compared, and the curative effect of micro-pulse laser therapeutic instrument in treatment for DR was observed. Results: The differences of BCVA indexes at 30 days, 60 days and 90 days post operation between two groups were significant (t=7.683, t=8.938, t=9.062, P〈0.05). And the difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant (χ^2=4.000, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of micro-pulse laser therapeutic instrument in treatment for DR is better than that of traditional conservative treatment, and it has the advantage of clinical treatment.
