摘要
目的探讨双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月～2017年6月修水县中医院收治的62例高龄股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,根据抛硬币的方法将其分为两组,每组各31例。对照组患者接受常规保守治疗措施,观察组患者则接受双极人工股骨头置换术治疗措施。比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(87.09%)高于对照组(64.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率(16.13%)低于对照组(48.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄股骨颈骨折患者采用双极人工股骨头置换术治疗,有助于促进患者病情的康复以及疗效的提高,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment offemoral neck fractures in the elderly. Methods A total of 62 cases of senile femoral neck fracture treated in TraditionalChinese Medicine Hospital of Xiushui County from February 2014 to June 2017 were selected as the research objectsand divided into two groups according to the method of coin tossing, 31 cases in each group. The control group receivedconventional conservative treatment measures, and the observation group received bipolar artificial femoral headreplacement therapy. The rate of curative effect and the incidence of complications between the two groups werecompared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group （87.09%） was higher than that of thecontrol group （64.52%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in theobservation group （16.13%） was lower than that of the control group （48.39%）, and the difference was statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bipolar femoral head replacement for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture ishelpful to promote the rehabilitation and curative effect of patients, and it can be applied in clinic.
