冻干重组人脑利钠肽在老年慢性心力衰竭失代偿期中的应用效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽在老年慢性心力衰竭失代偿期的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月~2018年2月我院收治的56例失代偿期老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照配对比较法分为对照组(28例)及观察组(28例),对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上应用冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗,比较两组的心率、平均动脉压、尿量、心功能、血流动力学。结果观察组治疗后的心率、平均动脉压低于对照组,尿量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的左室舒张末期内径小于对照组,左室射血分数、每搏输出量、心输出量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的心率、平均动脉压低于治疗前,左室舒张末期内径小于治疗前,尿量、左室射血分数、每搏输出量、心输出量高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性心力衰竭失代偿期治疗中应用冻干重组人脑利钠肽更有助于改善患者的心功能及血流动力学,降低心率及平均动脉压,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate the application effect of Freeze-dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the decompensated chronic heart failure in the elderly. Methods Fifty-six patients with decompensated geriatricchronic heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the control group (28 cases) and observation group (28 cases) according to the paired comparison method.The control group was treated with routine treatment. The observation group was treated with Lyophilized RecombinantHuman Brain Natriuretic Peptide. Heart rate, mean arterial pressure, urine volume, heart function, and hemodynamicswere compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the urine volume was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the observationgroup was less than that in the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction, the stroke volume and cardiacoutput were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The heart rate,mean artery before pressure were lower than those before treatment, and left ventricular end diastolic diameter was smaller than that before treatment, the urine volume, left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke volume, and cardiac outputwere significantly higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). ConclusionThe application of Freeze-dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the treatment of dementia in elderlypatients with chronic heart failure is more helpful in improving the heart function and hemodynamics, can reduce heartrate and mean arterial pressure, which is worthy of spreading.
