摘要
对液压鼓胀试验技术和小冲孔试验技术进行了系统的对比研究,通过对试验装置、试样形状、试验原理、试验过程、强度解算方法和适应性等方面的比较,得到两种试验技术的优缺点。小冲孔试验装置结构简单、易于操作,但试验过程影响因素多,材料性能解算复杂,解算表达式变量较多。液压鼓胀试验技术是在小冲孔试验技术的基础上借鉴爆破片的原理建立形成,其装置要求高,但受力相对简单,易建立理论模型。不同的加载机制导致两种试样的破裂位置不相同。两种试验方法都能和常规力学性能试验进行经验关联,但液压鼓胀试验可以得到基于理论模型的半理论解析解,更为精确。
The small punch test(SPT) and the hydraulic bulge test(HBT)are systematically compared,the advantages and disadvantages of each test technique are contrasted by comparing the test device,the sample form,test principle,test procedure,strength caculation method and application field. The device of SPT is simple and easy to operate,but there are many influence factors in the process of SPT,the force analysis of material performance is complex,there are too many variables in the calculation result.HBT is based on the SPT and draw lessons from the principle of rupture disc,the equipment of it has high requirements,but the force is relatively simple and easy to establish the theoretical model. Different loading mechanisms lead to different sample rupture positions. Both of them can be correlated with conventional mechanical tests,but HBT has semi theoretical analytical solutions based on theoretical models and is more accurate.
