摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对腹腔镜手术患者术后疼痛及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2015年11月—2017年10月于我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者106例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组53例行常规护理,观察组53例行综合性护理,对比两组术后疼痛情况、胃肠功能恢复、并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组疼痛程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组首次排气时间、首次排便时间及胃肠道蠕动恢复时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,护理满意度评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预可有效减轻腹腔镜手术患者术后疼痛,促进胃肠功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提升患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with laparoscopic surgery. Methods 106 patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from November 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 53 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing and the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing. The postoperative pain, recovery of gastrointestinal function, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The pain degree of observation group was slighter than that of control group（P0.05）; After treatment, the first exhaust time, first defecation time, gastrointestinal tract movement in observation group were shorter than those in control group（P0.05）; The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, while the score of nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic surgery can effectively reduce postoperative pain, promote recovery of gastrointestinal function, decrease the incidence of complications and increase nursing satisfaction.
