摘要
采用升温和降温实验考察了碳纤维双向织物增强塑料的电阻对温度的敏感性,并提出碳纤维增强复合材料的温度自传感方法。结果表明:当温度恒定时,碳纤维双向织物增强塑料具有稳定的伏安特性;在10-70℃范围内,材料的电阻随着温度的升高而减小。随着温度的降低而增大,即表现出NTC效应,升温和降温过程中的灵敏度分别为.6.62×10^-4/℃和-6.65×10^-4/℃;进一步的分析表明,萁温敏效应主要由电阻率变化引起,尺寸变化的贡献很小。碳纤维双向织物增强塑料的温敏响应具有良好的线性和回复性,升温和降温中的非线性误差分别为±4.82%和±3.65%,迟滞误差为±4.55%。
The temperature sensitivity of resistance of carbon fiber bidirectional fabric reinforced plastics was investigated by heating and cooling experiments. A temperature self-sensing method for carbon fiber reinforced plastics was proposed. The results show that: when the temperature is constant, carbon fiber two-way fabric reinforced plastics have stable volt-ampere characteristics. The resistance of the material decreases with the increase of temperature and increases with the decrease of temperature in the range of 10~70℃, which shows NTC effect. The sensitivities during heating and cooling are -6.62 ×10^-4/℃ and -6.65×10^-4/℃, respectively. Further analysis shows that the temperature sensitive effect is mainly caused by resistivity change, and the contribution of size change is very small. The temperature-sensitive response of carbon fiber bidirectional fabric reinforced plastics has good linearity and recovery. The nonlinear errors of heating and cooling are ±4.82% and ±3.65% respectively, and the hysteresis error is ±4.55%.
