摘要
采用比较思维诱发任务、内隐联想测验、外显职业性别刻板印象问卷及大五人格问卷对120名大学生施测,以探讨比较思维与大学生职业性别刻板印象的关系及外倾性的调节作用。结果发现:(1)大学生存在内隐、外显职业性别刻板印象,性别差异不显著。(2)差异性比较思维对职业性别刻板印象影响不显著。(3)外倾性和差异性比较思维的交互作用能预测外显职业性别刻板印象。对于高外倾性个体而言,差异性比较思维能够正性预测外显职业性别刻板印象。结论:外倾性能调节差异性比较思维对外显职业性别刻板印象的影响。
This study aimed to examine the effect of comparative thinking on occupational gender stereotype of undergraduates, and futher to verify the moderating effect of extraversion between them. Each of the 120 participants completed the comparative thinking priming task, explicit occupation gender stereotype questionnaire, Big Five Inventory, and the implicit association test. The results showed that : (1) Both explicit and implicit occupational gender stereotypes were significant among undergraduates, hut they had no significant gender differences. (2) Comparative thinking couldn't significant reduce occupation gender stereotype. (3) The extraversion of big five personality moderated the different comparative thinking effect on explicit occupation gender stereotype, which different comparative thinking positively predicted explicit occupational gender stereotype in high extraversiongroup hut no effect in low extraversion group. The present study found that undergraduates' different comparative thinking could lower down ex- plicit occupation gender stereotype in high extraversion group.
