摘要
为了研究Nb的微合金化(w(Nb)=0.07%~0.10%)对大直径X80管线钢管环焊缝焊接接头热影响区(HAZ)显微组织及性能的影响,通过EBSD、显微硬度和夏比冲击试验分析了两种X80管线钢管环焊缝HAZ显微组织变化、显微硬度分布及韧脆转变特性。通过对比发现,Nb含量严重影响HAZ的贝氏体板条束和贝氏晶粒尺寸,具有较高Nb含量(w(Nb)=0.10%)的组织晶粒尺寸更加细小。研究结果表明,高的Nb含量显著改善了管线钢焊接接头HAZ的冲击韧性和硬度性能。
For the influence of Nb microalloying(w(Nb)= 0.07%~0.10%) on the microstructure and properties of the heat affected zone(HAZ) of large diameter X80 pipeline steel pipe girth welded joint, the microstructure change, microhardness distribution and ductile-brittle transition characteristics of ring weld HAZ of two X80 pipeline steel pipes were analyzed by EBSD, microhardness and Charpy impact test. The results show that the Nb content seriously affects the sizes of bainite lath and grain of welded joint HAZ, and the grain size of the microstructure with higher Nb content(w(Nb)=0.10%) was finer. The high Nb content significantly improves the properties of impact toughness and hardness of the pipeline steel welded joint HAZ.
