摘要
目的 :探讨米非司酮对高危孕妇促宫颈成熟和诱发宫缩的效果。方法 :收集2016年1月至2017年10月接诊的60例产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组未接受治疗干预,观察组采用米非司酮治疗。观察两组宫颈成熟、诱发宫缩时间、产程、催产素用量、产后出血量和分娩结局。结果:观察组总宫颈成熟有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的33.33%(10/30,P <0.05)。观察组诱发宫缩时间、产程、催产素用量、产后出血量均低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组剖宫产率和宫内发育迟缓差异无统计学意义(P> 00.05)。结论:对于高危孕妇,米非司酮能促进宫颈成熟,缩短诱发宫缩时间和产程,减少催产素用量,降低产后出血量,且不增加产妇剖宫产率和功能发育迟缓情况,临床应用价值较高。
Objective： To explore the effect of mifepristone on cervical ripening and induced contractions in high-riskpregnant women. Methods： A total of 60 maternal women who were admitted from January 2016 to October 2017 were collectedand randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group did not receive treatment intervention,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone. The cervix maturation, induced contraction time, labor process,oxytocin dosage, postpartum hemorrhage and delivery outcome were observed. Results： Total cervical ripening efficiency in theobservation group was 93.33%（28/30）, which was higher than that in the control group（33.33%（10/30, P〈0.05）. The induceduterine contraction time, labor process, oxytocin dosage and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower thanthose in the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of cesarean section andintrauterine growth retardation（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： For high-risk pregnant women, mifepristone can promote cervical ripening,shorten induced contraction time and labor process, reduce the dose of oxytocin, and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, anddoes not increase maternal cesarean section rate and functional developmental delay, and the clinical application value is higher.
