摘要
采用高温拉伸试验、均匀腐蚀试验、金相显微组织观察试验和第二相粒子统计的方法研究了Zr-4合金管材在不同退火时间后的高温拉伸性能、均匀腐蚀性能、金相组织及第二相粒子的变化规律。结果表明,退火时间在3.5-5.5h变化时,Zr-4合金管材的高温抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率的变化曲线趋势基本波动不大,均匀腐蚀结果略有降低,Zr-4管材内中外层的晶粒度均为11级,无异常晶粒长大组织,第二相粒子尺寸范围逐渐增大。
The effect of annealing time on the properties of Zr-4 alloy tube was studied by means of high-temperature tensile test,uniform corrosion test,metallographic observation and second phase particle statistics.The results showed that by the annealing time from 3.5 to 5.5 h,mechanical property(tensile strength,yield strength and elongation)of Zr-4 tube showed a similar trend.The grain size of the inner and outer layer of Zr-4 tube were all of grade11 without abnormal grain growth,and the size range of the second phase particle gradually increased.
