摘要
目的探讨护理风险紧急预案用于手术室护理中对护理工作整体质量的影响。方法选取116例手术患者作为研究对象,按照护理方案的不同分为对照组与研究组各58例,对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组加用护理风险紧急预案,对2组护理工作整体质量以及护患纠纷发生率进行统计学分析。结果研究组患者的专业技术、护理流程、仪表行为、语言沟通、健康教育5方面护理工作整体质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护患纠纷发生率为1.72%,显著低于对照组护患纠纷发生率12.07%(P<0.05)。结论护理风险紧急预案应用于手术室护理工作中效果肯定,可显著提升护理工作整体质量,并降低护患纠纷发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing risk planning on the overall quality of nursing work in operating room.Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients who underwent surgery in our hospital were selected as study subjects and divided into control group（n=58）with conventional care model,and study group（n=58）with emergency plan for nursing risks additionally according to nursing plan.The overall quality of nursing and the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients were recorded.ResultsThe overall quality of nursing work in terms of professional skills,nursing procedures,instrument behavior,language communication,and health education in the study group were higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the study group was lower than that of the control group（1.72%vs.12.07%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nurse risk emergency plan has a positive effect in the nursing of the operating room,and it can significantly improve the overall quality of nursing work and reduce the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients.
