摘要
目的探讨术前访视对糖尿病患者心理和血糖的影响。方法选取该科2017年5月—2018年5月进行手术的糖尿病患者74例,随机分为2组,各37例,观察组给予术前访视,对照组给予常规术前准备和宣教,比较两组患者心理状态和血糖变化。结果观察组SAS评分(35.7±6.5)分,FPG(5.9±0.5)mmol/L明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为94.6%,显著高于对照组78.4%(P<0.05)。结论术前访视能有效缓解糖尿病患者术前焦虑状态,降低应激反应对血糖的刺激,提高患者满意度,值得在临床应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative visit on the psychological and blood glucose of diabetic patients. Methods A total of 74 patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent surgery from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups： 37 patients in each group. The observation group received preoperative visits. The control group received routine preoperative preparation and missions. Compare the patients with psychological status and changes in blood glucose. Results The SAS score of the observation group was （35.7±6.5）points, FPG （5.9±0.5）mmol/L was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the observation group was 94.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （78.4%）, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative visit can effectively alleviate the preoperative anxiety state of diabetic patients, reduce the stimulation of blood glucose by stress response, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
