中小学名师培养政策存在的问题及改进建议——基于我国14个省份名师培养政策的分析 被引量:3

摘要 加强中小学教师队伍建设,培养一大批具有示范引领作用的名师是我国基础教育改革与发展的重要任务。分析我国14个省份中小学名师培养政策发现,当前中小学名师培养政策存在以下主要问题:对培训需求评估重视不多;对名师培养对象的学习意愿提及较少;对名师培养对象工学矛盾的解决力度不够;对培训成果转化的支持力度不足;对名师培养项目的评价不够全面、客观。为此,应要求名师培养机构重视培训需求评估;强调名师培养对象应有强烈的学习意愿;协调好相关各方有效解决名师培养对象的工学矛盾;创设条件促进名师培养对象转化培训成果;引入第三方承担名师培养项目培训效果评估工作。 Strengthening the teacher team construction of primary and secondary schools, and cultivating a large number of outstanding teachers with demonstration and leading roles is an important task for the reform and development of basic education in China. Through the research on the education policy of outstanding teachers training in primary and secondary schools in 14 provinces of China, it is found that the major problems in the current outstanding teacher training policy of primary and secondary schools are as follows : it pays little attention to the evaluation of training needs ; there is less reference to the learning willingness of outstanding teachers; the solution to work-study contradiction of outstanding teachers is insufficient; there is insufficient support for the transformation of the training results; and the evaluation of the teacher training project is not comprehensive and objective. To this end, the teacher training organizations should be required to attach importance to the training needs evaluation; emphasize that the outstanding teacher training participants should have a strong learning willingness; coordinate the relevant parties to effectively solve the work-study contradiction of the outstanding teacher training participants; create conditions to promote outstanding teacher training participants to transform the training results; and bring the third party perspective to evaluate the effectiveness of outstanding teacher training projects.
