摘要
作为一种婴幼儿深度接触使用的小型家具产品,婴儿床的安全性对于婴儿的身心发育至关重要。本文首先总结了现有婴儿床产品设计安全缺陷的表现,在此基础上提出了婴儿床产品的安全设计原则,并从结构安全、力学性能、端头及边缘处理、有害物质限量、阻燃性能和警示说明与标志等6个方面分析了婴儿床产品安全设计的要点,为设计师设计相关产品提供了基本方法和依据。
As a small-sized furniture for infants and toddlers to contact deeply, the safety of crib is very important for infant＇s physical and mental development. This paper first proposes the safety defects in existing crib design. Based on it, the safety design principles of crib are put forward, and the key point in safety design of crib is analyzed from 6 aspects, such as structural safety, mechanical properties, end and edge treatment, limit of harmful substances, flame retardancy, warning instructions and signs. It＇s supposed to provide basic methods for designer to design related products.
