摘要
在针灸学科理论学习及临床实践之中,对于腧穴的掌握很关键,其中重要的一环是能够精准的定位、取穴。然而现存大部针灸文献中,腧穴取穴部分大多是简单而机械地罗列方法,对各种取穴方法的源头及各方法之间的内在逻辑联系均未作详尽探讨。故立足于抽取、总结历代针灸文献中有关腧穴取穴法的论述内容,对古今医籍之中的取穴理论进行梳理,拟追溯现代临床及教学实践之中常用的取穴方法之源头,同时探讨各种取穴方法之间的内在联系及其可能存在的体系性;在此基础上,进一步结合针灸临床及教学实践,初步尝试拟出针灸临床取穴的流程及模式,以期对针灸临床及教学有所助益。
This paper extracts and summarizes the acupoint location methods in medical literature of past dynasties. By combing the acupoint location theories in history, the purpose of this study is to trace the source of the commonly-used acupoint location methods in today’s clinical and teaching practice,meanwhile to discuss the inner connection and systematicness of different acupoint location methods.On the basis of the study result and the current situation of clinical and teaching practice,the paper makes an initial attempt to draw up the process and mode of clinical acupoint locationing and expects to do benefits on the clinical and teaching practice.
