摘要
目的探究曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法 94例冠心病心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组47例。对照组患者采用地高辛进行治疗,实验组患者采用琥珀酸美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为87.32%,明显高于对照组的59.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者心率、B型尿钠肽水平低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者,能够改善患者的各项心脏功能指标,对于患者心功能恢复有积极意义,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol Succinate in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods A total of 94 coronary heart disease patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 47 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Digoxin, patients in the experimental group were treated with Metoprolol Succinate combined with Trimetazidine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.32%, which was significantly higher than 59.57% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The heart rate and B-type natriuretic peptide level of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with Metoprolol Succinate in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure can improve the cardiac function indicators of patients, for patients with cardiac function recovery has a positive significance, it is worthy of promotion.
