QMix 2in1与乙二胺四乙酸去除老年患者的根管玷污层能力的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental study on the ability of QMix 2in1 and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid to remove the smear layer of root canal in elderly patients

摘要 目的:通过扫描电镜下观察与分析QMix 2in1与二胺四乙酸(EDTA)去除老年患者根管玷污层能力的清洁效果。方法:收集老年患者因牙周病拔除的单根管下颌前磨牙45颗,制备根管冲洗模型后采用Pro Taper Nex t机用镍钛锉进行根管预备,机械预备时的根管冲洗每次用2ml 1%次氯酸钠进行冲洗0.5min,预备完成后参照随机数字表法将实验样本随机分3组进行根管终末冲洗,A组:QMix 2in1溶液;B组:17%EDTA溶液;C组:0.9%的生理盐水,干燥后沿近远中向纵行分牙,通过扫描电镜观察各组样本在根上1/3、根中1/3、根尖1/3玷污层的清除情况。结果:3组玷污层清洁效果比较,差异具有统计学意义,QMix组清除效果好于EDTA组,EDTA组的玷污层清除效果好于生理盐水组(P<0.05);同一根管玷污层清洁情况:根上1/3的玷污层清洁效果最好,根尖1/3玷污层清洁效果最差(P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示下,QMix 2in1根管冲洗液清除老年人根管玷污层的效果好于17%的EDTA溶液,根管根冠部区域玷污层容易清除,根尖区域清洁困难。 Objective: The ability of QMix 2 in1 andthylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) to remove the smear layer of root canal in elderly patients was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope. Methods: A total of 45 mandibular premolars were extracted from elderly patients with periodontal disease. After the root canal washing model was made, the root canal preparation was carried out by Pro Taper Next machine with nickel-titanium file. The root canal washing during mechanical preparation was performed with 2 ml 1% sodium hypochlorite for 0.5 min each time. The experimental samples were randomly divided into 3 groups for root canal final washing according to the random digital table method. Group A:QMix 2 in1 solution; Group B: 17% EDTA solution; Group C: 0.9% physiological saline, after drying, teeth are were divided longitudinally and distally. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the removal of smear layers in the top 1/3, root1/3, and apical 1/3 stains of each sample. Results: Comparing the cleaning effects of the three smear layers, the difference was statistically significant. The A group was better than the B group than the C group(P〈0.05). In the same root canal smear layer, one third of the root smear layer had the best cleaning effect, and one third of the root tip smear layer had the worst cleaning effect(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that QMix 2 in1 root canal rinsing solution is better than the 17% EDTA solution in clearing the root canal smear layer of the elderly. The smear layer of the root canal of the same root can be easily removed and the apical area is difficult to clean.
