摘要
电子商务发展速度迅猛,互联网逐步创新,政府不断出台利好政策,使得江苏省农村电子商务快速发展,但也面临很多亟待解决的问题。农村电商物流人才培养更是重点。文章分析了农村电商物流人才的基本现状与需求,电商物流人才体系如何与培训机构相结合,设计有针对性的、系统的"村校企协同"培养体系,可在一定程度上满足农村电子商务发展的迫切需求。
The development of electronic commerce rapid speed, Internet gradually innovation, the government has introduced favorable policies, making the rural electronic commerce in Jiangsu province obtained further, but also faces many breakthroughs. Rural E-commerce logistics personnel training is more important. This paper analyzes the basic status and demand of rural E-commerce logistics personnel, and how to combine the talent system with the training institutions to design a targeted and systematic“village school enterprise synergy”training system, so as to meet the urgent needs of the development of rural E-commerce.
