摘要
目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院2017年3月—2018年4月收治的阴道炎患者134例,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各67例。观察组予以甲硝唑+乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,对照组予以甲硝唑治疗,两组患者均持续治疗2周。比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状消失时间(外阴瘙痒消失时间、尿痛消失时间、阴道流液恢复正常时间),观察两组患者不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者外阴瘙痒消失时间、尿痛消失时间、阴道流液恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组头晕、下腹疼痛、乏力发生率及复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,减少复发,且安全性较高。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsules in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods A total of 134 cases of patients with vaginitis were selected from March 2017 to April 2018 in Women＇s Hospital School of Medicine Zhejiang University,which were divided into observation group and control group,67 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with metronidazole＋lactobacillus vaginal capsule,control group was treated with metronidazole,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effect,disappear time of clinical symptoms（disappearance time of vulvar pruritus,disappearance time of urinary pain,recovery time of vaginal fluid） were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence were observed.Results The effective rate in observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group of disappearance time of vulvar pruritus,disappearance time of urinary pain,recovery time of vaginal fluid were shorter than control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of dizziness,lower abdominal pain and fatigue and recurrence rate were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsule has an exact clinical effect in treating vaginitis,it can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients,reduce recurrence rate,and with high safety.
