摘要
[目的]研究土壤改良剂对镉向水稻中迁移转运的影响。[方法]选取重金属镉重度污染稻田进行大田试验,研究8种钝化剂对土壤中有效态镉向水稻中迁移积累的影响,以及对土壤pH、水稻产量、稻米中镉含量的影响。[结果]通过施入钝化剂,能够显著降低土壤中镉向水稻中迁移转运,达到稻米中降镉的目的,并且能够为水稻提产增效。与CK相比,施入钝化剂能够提高土壤pH 1.3%~4. 3%,降低土壤中镉的活性;在对土壤有效态镉方面,以纳米螯合铁最为明显,最佳处理能够显著降低土壤镉的有效性76.5%;在水稻产量方面,施入钝化剂能够提高水稻产量1.01%~9.43%;在稻米镉含量方面,纳米螯合铁能够显著降低稻米中镉含量,其降幅达66.98%~78. 56%。[结论]在8种钝化剂中,复合微生物肥、制碱废渣肥、微量元素调理剂、纳米螯合铁肥在重金属镉污染农田治理中有良好的潜力。
[ Objective ] To study the effect of soil conditioner on migration and transport of cadmium into rice. [ Method] The heavy metal cadmium heavily polluted riee field was seleeted for field experiment to study the efleets of eight passivators on the migration and aeeumulation of available eadmium in rice, and the effects on soil pH, riee yield and cadmium eontent in rice. [ Result ] The passivator could aehieve the target of signifieantly redueing the Cd into the rice and rice yield. Compared with the CK, fertilization passivator could inerease soil pH by 1.3%- 4.3% and reduce the aetivity of Cd in soil. In terms of soil available eadmium, Nano-chelated iron was the best passivator that reducing the effectiveness of soil cadmium by 76.5%. In terms of rice yield, fertilization passivator could increase rice yield by 1.01%-9.43%. In terms of cadmium content in rice, Nano-chelated iron could signifieantly reduce cadmium in riee by 66.98%-78.56%. [ Conelusion ] Among eight passivators,compound microbial tertilizer, alkali-making waste residue tertilizer, microelement conditioner and nano-chelate iron fertilizer have good potential in the treatment of heavy mental cadmium contaminated farmland.
